Description

Purpose: VaPro – R4 will determine the personal and work values that matter most to an individual.

Researchers propose that each individual possesses a unique combination of six distinct value types. This combination may consist of a dominant type, a blend of two or three, or aspects of all six types. Various value types can emerge across different aspects of a person’s life and in varying circumstances. It’s essential to note that categorization into these value types doesn’t automatically indicate success or accomplishment in those domains. For instance, having strong Political values doesn’t ensure proficiency as a politician. Rather, it signifies that a person deeply values and aims for that particular outcome—it represents an ideal they prioritize.
